By Brad Slavin, CEO at DuoCircle · Updated April 2026 Everything you need for a zero-loss migration
Tenant Migration delivers enterprise-grade email queuing with SOC 2 Type II certification, geographically diverse zones in the USA and EU, and proprietary Message Replay technology that gives administrators a second chance when initial delivery fails. The service covers unlimited mailboxes and unlimited storage for one flat price starting at $647 — no per-user charges, no message limits. Setup takes approximately 15 minutes through a simple MX record change, and our 24/7 support team is available by phone, email, or live chat throughout your migration window. Over 10,000 businesses have trusted Tenant Migration since 2014 to protect their email during critical Office 365 and Google Workspace tenant-to-tenant moves.
Geographically Diverse Zones
Choose between USA and EU hosting zones for your email queue. Regional selection ensures GDPR compliance for European organizations while providing optimal latency for global deployments. Your emails stay in the jurisdiction you choose.
Real-Time Queue Management Portal
Monitor every email in your queue with a real-time web portal. View queued messages, check delivery status, release individual messages or bulk-release when your migration is complete. Full visibility into your email flow at all times.
24/7 Availability
Our queuing infrastructure runs around the clock with built-in redundancy. Whether your migration runs over a weekend, through a holiday, or across time zones, your emails are captured and stored safely. No downtime windows, no maintenance gaps.
Unlimited Mailboxes
No limits on the number of mailboxes, email forwards, or storage capacity. Our flat fee covers your entire organization regardless of size. Whether you have 10 users or 10,000, the price stays the same. No per-user charges, ever.
Works with Any Email System
Platform agnostic by design. Fully compatible with Office 365, Google Workspace, on-premises Exchange, Postfix, Zimbra, and any other email server that accepts SMTP delivery. Moving between tenants on the same platform or across platforms -- we handle it all.
45-Day Email Retention
Emails are securely held for up to 45 days, providing ample time for even the most complex migrations. Need more time? Just let us know. Once delivered and you terminate the service, all data is securely deleted per our strict data deletion policies.
Message Replay Technology
Our unique safety net for email delivery. If initial delivery fails due to a configuration issue on the destination server, simply fix the problem and replay the failed messages. No lost emails, no panic. Like a DVR for your email -- rewind and try again.
High-Capacity Infrastructure
Enterprise-grade servers built to handle massive email volumes without breaking a sweat. Whether you receive hundreds or hundreds of thousands of emails during your migration window, our infrastructure scales to meet your needs. SOC 2 Type II certified.
Email Authentication Preserved
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are properly identified and handled during the queuing and delivery process. Your emails maintain their authentication chain throughout migration, ensuring they pass all verification checks and preserve your domain reputation.
